To allow us to secure materials and schedule trades, an initial deposit may be required at the start of the project. This deposit contributes directly to your project costs and is not an additional charge.

Subsequent payments are spread across the project, ensuring that the majority of the project value is only paid as work progresses.

We do not rush work simply to reach the next milestone. Each stage must be completed to a satisfactory standard before moving forward.

If a stage requires adjustment or further refinement, this is addressed before progressing. This protects the quality of the finished build and avoids issues later on.

Variations and Changes

Occasionally, clients may request changes or upgrades once a project is underway. Where this occurs:

  • Changes are discussed openly

  • Any cost implications are explained clearly

  • Additional work is agreed in writing before proceeding

Final Payment and Completion

The final payment is typically due once the project is substantially complete and all agreed works have been delivered.

Any minor snagging items are addressed promptly, and the project is handed over in a clean, safe, and finished condition.
