Clear Project Milestones

Every project is divided into logical construction stages, often referred to as milestones. These milestones are agreed before work begins and are designed to reflect meaningful progress on site rather than arbitrary dates.

Payment Structure Explained

Payments are typically made in stages, with each payment becoming due once the relevant milestone has been reached. All payment schedules are clearly outlined in your quotation or agreement before work begins.

To allow us to secure materials and schedule trades, an initial deposit may be required at the start of the project. This deposit contributes directly to your project costs and is not an additional charge.

Subsequent payments are spread across the project, ensuring that the majority of the project value is only paid as work progresses.

Quality Coms First

We do not rush work simply to reach the next milestone. Each stage must be completed to a satisfactory standard before moving forward.

If a stage requires adjustment or further refinement, this is addressed before progressing. This protects the quality of the finished build and avoids issues later on.
